Claudia Lenti, is a singer of Italian descent from Montreal, Canada, with strong Latin influences. Her musical journey began in her elementary school choir and continued through her secondary school’s Classical singing program, where she regularly participated in concerts and successfully completed exams at the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM). At 23, Claudia reached the finals of the Italian Superfantastico singing competition, earning praise for her rendition of Lara Fabian’s “Adagio.”
Growing up immersed in Italian culture and traveling extensively, Claudia discovered Latin music early on, exploring the sounds of Venezuela, Cuba, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. In addition to her singing, Claudia has been dancing Salsa and Bachata for ten years and is fluent in Spanish, Italian, English, and French.
In 2021, Claudia launched her career as an independent artist with her debut pop-rock single “Bye Bye Boy.” She has since explored various musical genres, releasing singles that blend RnB, Pop, Pop-Rock, and Latin music, collaborating with several producers to develop her diverse and authentic musical identity. In 2022, she performed at ‘Italfest’ (Montreal Italian Festival) in Little Italy, presenting her own songs and Italian covers adapted to Salsa and Bachata. Her performance was met with great success and earned much applause and respect from the audience.
In 2023, Claudia released her first album, “City’s on Fire,” produced by Stephen Voyce.
In March 2024, Claudia Lenti launched her debut Bachata track, “Pero Aqui Estas Tu”, which received overwhelming support and positive feedback from the Latin dance community in Montreal, including DJs and dance schools. Newspapers in Spain and Colombia also recognized her talent. Over the years, she has been featured in interviews on various radio and television programs, such as CBC, Ici Télévision, and Mike FM. More recently, her first Salsa single, “No Quiero Mas”, produced by Ricky Campanelli, was broadcast on Dominique Hudson’s show ‘Hola’ on 103.3FM. This song is part of her second album, “A Mi Manera”, released in June 2024.
Claudia’s passion for Latin culture and music is evident in her work, reflecting her vibrant personality. She loves to share, laugh, and live fully, and she aims to evoke these same emotions in others. Her enthusiasm and passion are truly contagious. She cherishes her family and takes pride in representing them through her music. Claudia aspires to be a role model for women, to unite cultures, and to bring love and happiness to her audience. Staying true to her Italian roots, she embodies the saying “finché c’è vita, c’è speranza” (where there is life, there is hope).
In 2024, Claudia Lenti y Dulce Vita, her band, opened for renowned Bachata singer J. Salez at Le Ministère. She spent 2025 traveling between Cuba and Montreal, recording and filming her music videos with top musicians and studios in Havana. On October 4, 2025, she released her third EP, “La Italiana de la Salsa”, with a launch party at Théâtre Plaza where she performed live with a 14-piece Salsa band. The first single from the album, “Sin Querer”, released in March 2025, not only captivated Montreal but also introduced her to audiences in Spain, Italy, and Peru.
Claudia’s music continues to be celebrated in numerous South American and European countries, reflecting her success in crossing borders and uniting cultures. Her EP received praise from the Solar Latin Club, highlighting her growing international recognition.
